Material Profile: TR300 Ultra-High Temp Resin for SLA / LCD 3D
Phrozen SLA / LCD Resin Technical Report Series
Compiled from Phrozen official datasheets, SDS documents, and third-party technical reviews
Abstract—Phrozen TR300 (Gray) is the highest-HDT resin in Phrozen's catalogue — heat deflection temperature of 160–190 °C makes it suitable for parts that experience exposure to oven / process temperatures (dental thermoforming, low-temperature injection-mould tooling, industrial high-temp prototypes). Trade-offs include lower elongation (2–6%) and higher print viscosity.
Index Terms—additive manufacturing, SLA, LCD, engineering resin, ultra-high temperature, HDT 190 °C, dental thermoforming.

II. COMPOSITION AND PHOTOPOLYMER CHEMISTRY
A. General Resin Family
Generic photo-polymerisation: monomers (multi-functional acrylates / urethane-acrylates) + photoinitiator (e.g., TPO / BAPO) + 405 nm UV → crosslinked thermoset network. Exact formulation is proprietary. Thermally stable monomer / oligomer selection for ultra-high HDT.

III. MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
TR300 prioritises thermal performance — modulus, stiffness, and HDT are all elevated; elongation and impact resistance are reduced. Suitable for static high-temperature applications.
