Phase Two
Requirements Analysis & Technical Alignment
Initial Requirements Discussion: Understand product application scenarios, functional requirements, and critical dimensions. Leverage resources from the E-Creation Additive Manufacturing Alliance to assess product development costs and feasibility issues.
Material & Process Recommendations: Match the appropriate materials and corresponding manufacturing processes to the product's application and function.
Phase Three
Concept & Sketch Discussion
Design and Functionality Proposals: Quickly visualize emerging design styles or functional ideas using hand-drawn techniques.
Interactive Interface Discussion: Discuss initial operational logic or visual proportions.
Direction Finalization: Select the design direction that best suits brand identity and functional requirements from several styles.
Phase Four
Engineering Design Modeling
Design components and consider tolerances, then translate the selected solution into an accurate digital 3D model.
Phase 5
Design Review & Simulation Verification
Showcase digital renders or 3D models for final detail adjustments. Ensure the model aligns with the initial sketch and is manufacturable. Then, conduct stress analysis, thermal analysis, and fluid dynamics analysis, or multiphysics coupled analysis, using FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
Phase 6
Prototyping & Field Testing
Rapid Prototype Output: Professional-grade physical samples are created through our supply chain partners and professional teams at Origin 3D Tech. Alternatively, rapid prototyping and validation can be performed in-house.
Functionality Verification: Includes physical assembly, stress testing, and aesthetic confirmation.
