If the file itself has issues such as broken surfaces, non-manifold geometry, abnormal dimensions, or insufficient wall thickness, we can help identify them and provide suggestions for correction as needed. If you are unsure whether your file is usable, please feel free to send it to us for evaluation.
Different materials are suitable for different purposes. For example, some materials are suitable for aesthetic display, some for functional testing, and others are better for heat resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, or high rigidity requirements. If you are unsure which material to use, you can first use the material filter in our automated quotation system. If you cannot find the desired material through the filter, please contact us via email.
Yes, but it depends on the purpose of use, as well as the chosen manufacturing process, materials, and design method. 3D printed parts can be used for various purposes such as appearance models, prototyping and validation, jigs and fixtures, and functional parts. There are also many practical examples of integrating 3D printing into daily life. However, if the part needs to withstand high impact, high temperatures, long-term outdoor use, or heavy loads, it is recommended to first evaluate the application scenario and incorporate appropriate mechanical design to ensure the finished product meets actual needs.
Generally, the tolerance for 3D printing is set at ±0.1 mm. However, if you have snap fits, tolerance fits, mating surfaces, screw holes, or other high-precision requirements, please provide a 2D engineering drawing with key dimensions for explanation before production so that we can assist in evaluating and adjusting the dimensions in advance.
Yes, of course. In addition to 3D printed objects, we also offer post-processing services such as custom painting, dyeing, bonding, assembly, laser engraving, and UV printing according to your needs.

Yes, we assist with single-piece prototyping, small-batch pilot production, and subsequent mass production. However, considering administrative and engineering processing costs, it is generally recommended that batch production of 100 to 1000 samples at a time is the most cost-effective.
Most of our clients start with batch or even single-piece production to confirm dimensions, appearance, and functional requirements before proceeding with the crowdfunding phase for their products. Concurrently, our company also provides DFM design services for mass production models and related manufacturing supply chain support.
This fee can be considered as an upfront processing fee and technical service fee. For the same order, regardless of whether 1 or 100 pieces of the same workpiece are produced, the basic pre-processing fee is usually the same;
However, if there are requirements such as tolerance adjustment, scaling tests, or process parameter modifications, the related production costs will increase with the number of workpieces, the number of adjustments, and the complexity of production.
The choice of manufacturing process mainly depends on your application, precision requirements, strength requirements, surface finish, dimensions, and budget.
SLA: Product appearance models, intricate models, high-precision workpieces, small injection molds, composite material single-use molds.
FDM: Low cost, rapid prototyping, mass production (our company's printing capacity: ABS-CF 1 ton per month), capable of printing ultra-large volumes of 1m x 1m x 1m, supporting large-scale advertising sculpture production.
SLS: Excellent isotropic material properties, no support material required, frequently used in mechanical engineering applications.
SLM: Metal materials, high strength, high-temperature resistance
If multi-color printing is required, our company offers the following solutions:
Common FDM Material - PLA: Offers a wide range of color options, allowing direct printing in the target color.
High-Precision SLA Process: For clients with specific color requirements (e.g., specified Pantone color numbers) or surface finishes (e.g., matte, metallic), our company has professionally trained spray painters. We will communicate with you efficiently to achieve the desired visual effect.
Standard parts: Approximately 5 business days.
Complex parts: Approximately 8 ~ 10 business days.
Rush orders: Rush orders take approximately 3 days.
Super rush orders: Fastest delivery on the same day. Please contact us via "email + phone". Our engineers will evaluate the fastest possible delivery based on the project.
For standard lead times, please refer directly to the lead times in the automated quotation system. For large workpieces, special post-processing, design iterations, etc., the actual lead time will be based on the quotation.
