感謝您於 Orinovate / Inn 3D Studio(源創立體科技有限公司) 購買商品。為保障雙方權益,請您於下單前詳閱以下運送政策。

第一條、訂單處理時間

本公司商品分為現貨商品、接單後製作商品及客製化商品,不同商品之處理時間可能有所不同。

一般現貨商品,通常於付款確認後 3 5 個工作天內安排出貨。
接單後製作商品,通常於付款確認後 5 14 個工作天內安排出貨。
客製化商品、3D 列印訂製商品、特殊加工商品或大量訂單,將依商品製作難度、排程狀況、材料備料情形、後處理需求及雙方確認內容安排交期,實際出貨時間以本公司通知為準。

如遇訂單量較大、國定假日、連續假期、天災、設備維護、材料短缺、物流延誤或其他不可抗力因素,出貨時間可能順延,本公司將於合理範圍內通知您。

第二條、配送方式

本公司目前提供以下配送方式,實際可選項目將依結帳頁面、報價單或雙方書面約定為準:

宅配寄送
超商取貨
門市自取
國際寄送
買方指定貨運或第三方承運人取件

若您選擇門市自取,商品完成後本公司將另行通知取貨時間與地點。

第三條、運費說明

實際運費將依商品尺寸、重量、材積、包裝方式、配送區域及配送方式計算,並以結帳頁面、報價單或雙方確認內容為準。

若訂單符合本公司活動條件,可能享有免運優惠;實際優惠內容以網站公告或活動頁面說明為準。

如為離島、偏遠地區、海外地區、特殊材積商品、大型商品、易碎商品、需額外包裝保護之商品、指定特殊物流方式之商品,或因客戶要求保價、保險、加強包裝、木箱保護等服務而增加成本者,本公司得另行酌收額外費用。

第四條、客製化與 3D 列印商品之出貨說明

由於 3D 列印商品、接單製作商品及客製化商品須依訂單內容安排生產、後處理、品檢與包裝,因此無法保證與一般現貨商品相同之出貨速度。

若您訂購之商品為客製化產品、指定尺寸產品、指定顏色產品、上傳圖檔製作商品、特殊後加工商品或其他依需求製作之商品,實際交期將依製作內容、數量、排程、材料供應及雙方最終確認內容調整。

客製化商品之交期,原則上自下列條件均完成後起算:
一、顧客已確認最終圖面、檔案、尺寸、規格、顏色、材質及其他製作條件;
二、訂單已確認成立;
三、款項已完成支付或訂金已完成支付(如適用)。

若因顧客中途修改設計、尺寸、顏色、材質、製作需求、交貨方式或其他訂單內容,交期將重新計算。

若同一筆訂單中同時包含現貨商品與客製化商品,本公司得視情況合併出貨、分批出貨,或依個別商品完成狀況安排交付。

第五條、配送時間與延遲

網站、商品頁、報價單、客服訊息、訂單通知、交期說明或其他資料中所載之出貨日、交貨日、到貨日、交期或運送時間,均為預估值,僅供參考,不構成本公司之保證到貨承諾。

本公司不對下列情形造成之延遲負責,包括但不限於:

物流業者配送延誤
國定假日或連續假期
天災、地震、颱風、豪雨或其他不可抗力事件
海關查驗、清關延誤或進出口限制
設備故障、停電、系統異常、原料短缺
訂單資訊不完整、地址錯誤、電話無法聯繫、無人收件、拒收
買方未及時確認圖面、規格或付款
其他非可歸責於本公司之事由

第六條、收件資訊與配送失敗

請您於下單時確認收件人姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件、收件地址及其他配送資訊均填寫正確。

若因您提供之資訊錯誤、不完整、無人收件、拒收、超商逾期未取貨、無法聯繫、指定承運人無法取件或其他可歸責於您之原因,導致配送失敗、退件、延誤、額外運費或商品損壞,相關責任及費用將由您自行負擔。

若商品因前述原因遭退回,本公司得視情況要求您補付重新寄送之費用後再行出貨。

第七條、商品簽收與檢查

請您於收到商品時立即檢查外包裝及商品狀況。

若外箱有明顯破損、商品有損壞、缺件、數量不符、配送錯誤或其他異常情形,請於收貨後 48 小時內拍照存證,並透過 inn3dprint@gmail.com 與我們聯繫,以利我們協助處理。

若商品已簽收且逾合理檢查期間未提出異議,將視為您已確認商品及配送內容無誤。

第八條、國際配送

本公司可視情況提供國際寄送服務,惟部分商品、材質、尺寸、目的地或法律限制因素,可能無法配送。

國際訂單之配送時間、運費、清關程序、關稅、進口稅、增值稅、報關費、倉儲費、目的地附加費及其他相關費用,均依目的地國家或地區規定辦理,並原則上由買方或收件人自行負擔。

本公司不保證國際訂單之到貨天數,亦不對海關扣件、退運、拒收、額外稅費、延誤、銷毀或其他因目的地法令、政策或承運人規範所造成之損失負責。

第九條、交貨條件與風險移轉

除雙方另有書面約定外,本公司之企業訂單、客製化專案訂單、大型訂單、國際訂單、指定貨運取件訂單,原則上採 EXWEx Works/工廠交貨) 方式交貨。

EXW 條件下,商品於本公司營業地點完成製作、包裝,並通知買方取貨,或交由買方指定之承運人、貨運業者、物流業者或第三方取件人取件時,即視為本公司已完成交貨義務。自該時點起,商品之所有風險,包括但不限於滅失、毀損、碰撞、擠壓、包裝受損、延誤、遺失、清關問題及其他運送風險,均由買方自行承擔。

一般網站零售訂單如由本公司協助安排配送,本公司將於合理範圍內完成包裝與交運;惟商品一經交付物流業者後,如因非可歸責於本公司之運送因素所致之延誤、破損、遺失或其他損害,本公司僅於合理範圍內協助買方向物流業者反映、查詢或申請處理,不因此對運送過程中所生損害、滅失或遲延負擔賠償責任。

如商品於交付承運人前,經確認已有明顯瑕疵、出貨錯誤,或因本公司包裝重大疏失致顯不適於通常運送者,不在前述免責範圍內。

第十條、包裝、保價與運輸保險

買方應自行評估其所選擇之物流方式、貨運方式、保險內容及配送條件是否足以滿足商品性質與運送需求。

若買方未另行要求加強包裝、保價、木箱保護、運輸保險、易碎標示或其他特殊處理,因此所生之運送損壞、遺失或其他損失,本公司概不負責。

如買方要求本公司協助安排額外保護包裝、保價或運輸保險,本公司得另行報價並於雙方確認後辦理。

第十一條、所有權與責任範圍

除法律另有強制規定外,商品一經交付予物流業者、承運人、買方指定取件人或完成自取交付後,其風險即移轉予買方。

本公司對於非可歸責於本公司之物流延誤、配送失敗、貨損、遺失、清關障礙、第三方操作不當或其他運送過程問題,不負賠償責任;惟本公司得於合理範圍內協助提供出貨資訊、配送證明或其他必要文件,以利買方向承運人或物流業者主張權利。

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orinovate / Inn 3D Studio (Yuan Chuang 3D Technology Co., Ltd.). To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Section 1 - Order Processing Time

Our products may include in-stock items, made-to-order items, and customized products. Processing times may vary depending on the type of product ordered.

In-stock items are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-order products are generally shipped within 5 to 14 business days after payment is confirmed.
Customized products, custom 3D printed products, specially processed items, and bulk orders will be scheduled based on production complexity, order queue, material availability, finishing requirements, and final confirmed order details. Actual shipping time shall be subject to our notification.

In cases of high order volume, public holidays, consecutive holidays, natural disasters, equipment maintenance, material shortages, logistics delays, or other force majeure events, shipment may be delayed. We will notify you within a reasonable scope where applicable.

Section 2 - Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following delivery methods, subject to availability as shown at checkout, in quotations, or as otherwise agreed in writing:

Home delivery
Convenience store pickup
Studio pickup
International shipping
Buyer-designated freight pickup or third-party carrier collection

If you choose studio pickup, we will notify you separately once your order is ready for collection.

Section 3 - Shipping Fees

Actual shipping fees will be calculated based on the size, weight, volumetric weight, packaging method, delivery area, and shipping method of your order, and will be shown at checkout, in quotations, or in the confirmed order details.

Orders that meet promotional requirements may qualify for free shipping. Actual eligibility and terms shall be subject to the promotional announcement on our website.

Additional fees may apply for offshore islands, remote areas, overseas destinations, oversized products, fragile goods, items requiring reinforced packaging, special logistics arrangements, declared value services, insurance, wooden crate protection, or any other special shipping requirements requested by the customer.

Section 4 - Shipping Notes for Customized and 3D Printed Products

Because 3D printed products, made-to-order items, and customized products require production scheduling, post-processing, inspection, and packaging, they may not ship as quickly as regular in-stock products.

If your order includes customized items, size-specific items, color-specific items, upload-to-manufacture items, specially finished items, or any products manufactured according to your specifications, the actual lead time will depend on the production content, quantity, queue, material supply, and final confirmed details.

For customized products, lead time shall generally begin only after all of the following conditions are met:
(i) the customer has confirmed the final drawing, file, dimensions, specifications, color, material, and all other production requirements;
(ii) the order has been confirmed; and
(iii) payment or deposit has been completed, where applicable.

If the customer changes the design, dimensions, color, material, manufacturing requirements, delivery method, or any other order details after confirmation, the lead time will be recalculated.

If a single order contains both in-stock items and customized items, we reserve the right to ship them together, in separate shipments, or according to each item’s completion status.

Section 5 - Delivery Time and Delays

Any shipping date, delivery date, lead time, transit time, or arrival estimate shown on the website, product pages, quotations, customer service messages, order notifications, or other materials is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.

We are not liable for delays caused by, including but not limited to:

carrier or logistics delays
public holidays or consecutive holidays
natural disasters, earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rain, or other force majeure events
customs inspections, customs clearance delays, or import/export restrictions
equipment failure, power outages, system errors, or material shortages
incomplete order information, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, failed delivery, or refusal to accept delivery
delayed confirmation of drawings, specifications, or payment by the buyer
any other cause not attributable to us

Section 6 - Shipping Information and Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the recipient’s name, contact number, email address, shipping address, and all other delivery information are correct when placing your order.

If delivery fails, is delayed, is returned, incurs additional shipping charges, or results in damage due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, absence of recipient, refusal of delivery, failure to collect from a convenience store within the required period, inability to contact you, failure of your designated carrier to collect, or any other cause attributable to you, you shall bear all related responsibility and costs.

If the product is returned to us for any of the above reasons, we may require payment of the reshipping cost before sending it again.

Section 7 - Receipt and Inspection

Please inspect the outer packaging and the product immediately upon receipt.

If the outer box is visibly damaged, or if the product is damaged, missing parts, incorrect in quantity, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise abnormal, please take photos and contact us at inn3dprint@gmail.com within 48 hours after receipt so that we may assist in handling the matter.

If no objection is raised within a reasonable inspection period after delivery is signed for, the order shall be deemed accepted as delivered in proper condition.

Section 8 - International Shipping

We may offer international shipping depending on the product, material, size, destination, and applicable legal restrictions. Certain products, materials, sizes, or destinations may not be eligible for international shipment.

For international orders, shipping time, shipping cost, customs procedures, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, declaration fees, storage charges, destination surcharges, and any other related costs shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the destination country or region and shall generally be borne by the buyer or recipient.

We do not guarantee delivery times for international orders and shall not be liable for customs holds, return shipments, refusal of entry, additional taxes, delays, destruction, or any losses caused by destination-country laws, regulations, policies, or carrier rules.

Section 9 - Delivery Terms and Transfer of Risk

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our business orders, custom project orders, bulk orders, international orders, and orders involving buyer-designated freight pickup shall generally be delivered under EXW (Ex Works) terms.

Under EXW terms, once the products have been completed, packed at our business location, and the buyer is notified to collect them, or once the goods are handed over to the buyer’s designated carrier, freight company, logistics company, or third-party pickup party, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our delivery obligation. From that point onward, all risks relating to the goods, including but not limited to loss, damage, collision, compression, packaging damage, delay, misplacement, customs issues, and any transportation-related risks, shall be borne solely by the buyer.

For general retail website orders where we assist in arranging shipment, we will pack and dispatch the goods with reasonable care. However, once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, if any delay, damage, loss, or other shipping-related issue occurs due to causes not attributable to us, we will only provide reasonable assistance in contacting the carrier, making inquiries, or helping with claims, and we shall not be liable for compensation for any damage, loss, or delay occurring during transit.

The foregoing limitation shall not apply where, prior to handover to the carrier, the goods are confirmed to have obvious defects, incorrect shipment, or grossly improper packaging by us that makes them clearly unsuitable for ordinary transportation.

Section 10 - Packaging, Declared Value, and Transport Insurance

The buyer is responsible for evaluating whether the chosen logistics method, freight method, insurance coverage, and delivery conditions are suitable for the nature of the goods.

If the buyer does not specifically request reinforced packaging, declared value service, wooden crate protection, transport insurance, fragile labeling, or other special handling, we shall not be liable for any shipping damage, loss, or other transportation-related damage arising therefrom.

If the buyer requests that we arrange additional protective packaging, declared value service, or transport insurance, we may provide a separate quotation and proceed only after confirmation.

Section 11 - Title and Scope of Responsibility

Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law, once the goods have been handed over to the logistics provider, carrier, buyer-designated pickup party, or released for pickup, the risk shall transfer to the buyer.

We shall not be liable for compensation for logistics delays, failed deliveries, shipping damage, loss, customs obstacles, improper third-party handling, or any other shipping-related issues not attributable to us. However, we may provide reasonable assistance by supplying shipping information, proof of dispatch, or other necessary documentation so that the buyer may pursue claims against the carrier or logistics provider.
