感謝您於 Orinovate / Inn 3D Studio(以下簡稱「本公司」)購買商品。為保障雙方權益,請您於下單前詳閱以下退貨與退款政策。

第一條、鑑賞期與退貨申請方式

除依法不適用 7 日鑑賞期之商品外,消費者於收到商品後 7 日內,得向本公司提出退貨申請。鑑賞期並非試用期,退回商品須保持全新、未使用、無髒污、無損傷,並保留完整商品本體、配件、贈品、原廠包裝及所有隨附文件。

如欲申請退貨,請先來信至 service@orinovate.com,並提供訂單編號、收件人姓名、聯絡電話、退貨原因及商品照片。退貨申請經本公司確認後,將提供後續退貨方式與寄回資訊。未經本公司確認即自行寄回之商品,本公司得不予受理。

第二條、可退貨商品條件

可受理退貨之商品,須同時符合以下條件:

商品為非客製化之一般現貨商品。

商品仍為全新未使用狀態,未有組裝、安裝、實際列印、下水、磨損、加工、污損、刮傷、碰撞或其他足以影響再次銷售之情形。

商品本體、包裝、配件、附件、贈品、說明書、保固資料及發票均完整保留。

商品於收到後 7 日內提出申請,並依本公司通知期限寄回。

第三條、不適用退貨或無法退貨之商品

基於商品性質、衛生安全、交易慣例及法令合理例外,下列商品原則上不適用 7 日鑑賞期或不接受退貨:

依消費者需求製作之客製化商品、訂製品、個人化商品、專屬尺寸或指定顏色之 3D 列印成品。

已進入製作流程、已排單生產、已開模、已列印、已後處理、已噴塗、已加工或已依訂單內容完成客製作業之商品。

客戶提供圖檔、尺寸、文字、Logo、照片、造型或其他指定內容所製作之商品。

因材料批次、生產特性或螢幕顯示差異而產生之些微色差、紋理差異、層紋、支撐痕、後處理痕跡、尺寸公差範圍內差異等,若不影響正常使用者,不屬瑕疵退貨範圍。

已拆封之消耗性材料、樹脂、線材、膠材、保養用品、清潔用品。

特價商品、出清商品、福利品、展示品、福袋、禮品卡及其他頁面已特別註明不接受退貨之商品。

因消費者保存不當、使用方式錯誤、自行改裝、外力損傷或人為因素造成損壞之商品。

第四條、3D 列印商品特別說明

3D 列印商品屬數位製造與客製生產性質,可能因材料特性、製程限制及模型幾何條件,產生些微層紋、接點、支撐痕、表面紋理差異、細部誤差或尺寸公差。上述情形如屬正常製程現象,且不影響商品主要功能與使用目的者,不視為瑕疵。

若商品為依您提供之圖檔、尺寸或客製需求製作,本公司將依您確認之內容安排生產;一經製作、出貨或交付,除商品本身有重大瑕疵、與確認內容顯著不符,或運送過程造成明顯損壞外,恕不接受退貨退款。

第五條、商品瑕疵、損壞或寄錯商品

請您於收到商品後立即檢查內容。若商品有以下情況,請於收貨後 48 小時內與本公司聯繫,並提供開箱照片、商品照片及訂單資訊,以利我們儘速協助處理:

商品於運送過程中有明顯損壞。

收到之商品與訂單內容不符。

商品有非正常製程範圍之重大瑕疵,致無法正常使用。

經本公司確認屬可歸責於本公司之問題者,本公司將視情況提供補寄、更換、維修、重製或退款處理;相關來回運費由本公司負擔。

第六條、退貨運費與整新費用

因商品瑕疵、寄錯商品或可歸責於本公司之原因所生退貨,本公司負擔必要退貨運費。

因個人因素申請退貨,且商品依法可退者,原出貨運費、退貨運費及其他衍生費用由消費者負擔。

若退回商品經檢查已有拆封、包裝毀損、配件缺漏、輕微使用痕跡或其他可影響再次銷售之情形,本公司得視商品狀況酌收整新費、恢復費或從退款金額中扣除必要費用;若商品已無法恢復販售,本公司得拒絕退貨退款申請。

第七條、換貨說明

若您欲更換商品,建議先與本公司聯繫確認庫存與條件。非客製化現貨商品如符合換貨資格,可於退貨完成後重新下單購買所需商品。客製化商品原則上不提供換貨,惟如因本公司作業錯誤或重大瑕疵者,不在此限。

第八條、退款方式與時間

本公司收到退回商品後,將於合理期間內完成檢查與審核,並以電子郵件通知是否符合退款條件。經審核通過後,退款將依原付款方式辦理:

信用卡付款:原卡刷退。

銀行轉帳:匯回您提供之指定帳戶。

其他支付方式:依實際金流機制處理。

退款作業通常於核准後 7 14 個工作天內完成,實際入帳時間仍依銀行、信用卡公司或第三方支付機構作業時程而定。若退款核准後超過 15 個工作天仍未收到款項,請來信 service@orinovate.com 與我們聯繫。

第九條、歐盟地區 14 天撤回權

如您的訂單配送至歐盟地區,依適用法令,您可能享有自收受商品起 14 天內撤回訂單之權利,且無須說明理由。惟依消費者要求製作之客製化商品、個人化商品或其他依法屬例外商品者,不適用前述撤回權。

如欲行使撤回權,退回商品仍須保持完整、未使用、未受損,並附上購買證明。請先透過 service@orinovate.com 與本公司聯繫,以取得處理指引。

第十條、其他說明

本公司保留審核退貨、換貨、重製、退款與最終解釋之權利。

若訂單中含有客製化商品與一般現貨商品,本公司得依商品性質分別適用不同之退換貨規則。如有任何疑問,歡迎來信 service@orinovate.com 與我們聯繫。

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orinovate / Inn 3D Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Section 1 - Return Eligibility and How to Request a Return

Except for products that are legally exempt from the 7-day inspection period, customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the product. The 7-day period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with no damage, stains, wear, installation, assembly, modification, or other conditions that may affect resale. All original packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, and related documents must also be included.

To request a return, please contact us at service@orinovate.com and provide your order number, full name, contact number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Any item sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Section 2 - Conditions for Returnable Items

A return may only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is a regular non-customized in-stock product.

The item is in brand new and unused condition, with no signs of assembly, installation, printing use, washing, processing, dirt, scratches, impact damage, or other conditions affecting resale.

The item is returned together with all original packaging, accessories, attachments, gifts, manuals, warranty information, and invoice or proof of purchase.

The return request is made within 7 days of receipt and the item is shipped back within the period specified by us.

Section 3 - Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, hygiene and safety concerns, transaction practices, and legal exceptions, the following items are generally not eligible for return or are exempt from the 7-day inspection period:

Customized, made-to-order, personalized, or specially manufactured products.

3D printed products produced based on customer-requested dimensions, colors, text, logos, photos, designs, or other customized specifications.

Orders that have already entered production, scheduling, printing, post-processing, coating, machining, or any other custom manufacturing stage.

Products made based on files, drawings, dimensions, or specifications provided or confirmed by the customer.

Minor color differences, texture variations, layer lines, support marks, finishing marks, or dimensional tolerances within a reasonable manufacturing range, provided they do not affect the intended function or normal use of the product.

Opened consumables, resins, filaments, adhesives, maintenance products, cleaning products, or personal hygiene-related items.

Sale items, clearance items, display items, gift cards, lucky bags, and any items specifically marked as non-returnable.

Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, unauthorized modification, external force, or other customer-caused reasons.

Section 4 - Special Notes for 3D Printed Products

3D printed products are digitally manufactured items and may naturally contain layer lines, support marks, minor surface texture differences, slight dimensional tolerances, or finishing marks depending on material properties, machine settings, geometry, and production methods. These are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and do not constitute defects so long as they do not affect the primary function or intended use of the product.

If a product is made according to the file, drawing, dimensions, or customized requirements provided or confirmed by you, the order will be manufactured based on that confirmed information. Once production, shipment, or delivery has started, returns or refunds will generally not be accepted unless the product has a major defect, significantly differs from the confirmed order content, or has obvious shipping damage.

Section 5 - Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged during shipping, defective beyond normal manufacturing tolerance, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide unboxing photos, product photos, and your order information so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

If the issue is confirmed to be attributable to us, we may arrange a replacement, remake, repair, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation. In such cases, the necessary return shipping cost will be borne by us.

Section 6 - Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees

If the return is due to a product defect, incorrect shipment, or any issue attributable to us, we will bear the necessary return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons and the item is legally eligible for return, the customer shall bear the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any other related expenses.

If the returned product shows signs of opened packaging, damaged packaging, missing accessories, slight usage, or any condition that affects resale value, we reserve the right to charge a restocking or restoration fee, or deduct the necessary amount from the refund. If the returned item cannot be restored for resale, we may reject the return and refund request.

Section 7 - Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm stock availability and exchange conditions. For eligible non-customized in-stock items, once the original return is accepted, you may place a separate new order for the replacement item. Customized products are generally not eligible for exchange unless the issue is due to our error or a major product defect.

Section 8 - Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request within a reasonable period.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method:

Credit card payments: refunded to the original card.

Bank transfer payments: refunded to the bank account you provide.

Other payment methods: handled according to the relevant payment provider's procedures.

Refunds are usually completed within 7 to 14 business days after approval. However, the exact timing may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment service provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at service@orinovate.com.

Section 9 - EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable law.

However, this right does not apply to customized, personalized, or made-to-order goods, or other items that are legally exempt.

To be eligible for a return under the EU cooling-off period, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging together with proof of purchase. Please contact us first at service@orinovate.com for return instructions.

Section 10 - Additional Notes

We reserve the right to review and determine the eligibility of all return, exchange, remake, and refund requests.

If an order contains both customized items and standard in-stock items, different return rules may apply to different products based on their nature.
