Yes, we can. Our process includes a "concept modeling" stage where a professional designer will first discuss sketch details with you. Once the design is confirmed, it will then be converted into a precise CAD digital model, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality are prioritized.

To ensure project progress, we generally offer 1-2 free revisions of sketch details.

However, we still recommend communicating your requirements as thoroughly as possible during the initial discussion phase, so that we can efficiently bring your vision to life.

Yes. Before proceeding to costly physical prototypes, we provide highly realistic 3D renderings for you to preview the product's appearance, color proportions, and material feel, reducing discrepancies in expectations.

If you have a physical object, please ship or bring it in person to our customization center. Our team will use high-precision measuring instruments (e.g., high-precision 3D scanning equipment, etc.) to perform digital reverse engineering on your existing part, ensuring that the subsequently designed part achieves perfect assembly precision.

During the 3D modeling phase, we will incorporate "compensation tolerances" for the shrinkage rates of different materials. This ensures that after 3D printing, parts will fit smoothly, whether for screw fastening or snap-fit assembly.

This depends on the complexity of the project. A standard single part typically takes about 3-7 working days; for complex developments with interlocking structures or multiple components, it may take about 14 working days or even several months, depending on the product scale and development details. For specific information, please consult with our on-site personnel.

To ensure transparent pricing, design fees and printing/processing fees are quoted separately. The design fee represents the engineering team's technical research and development hours and intellectual property; the printing fee is calculated based on actual material consumption and processing time.

This service offering is "Customer Modeling and Engineering Optimization." By default, the intellectual property rights of the original digital models (e.g., engineering master files) generated during the design process belong to Yuan Chuang 3D Tech.

If you have subsequent needs for self-production, archiving, or secondary development, we offer a "Design File Buyout" consultation service. Upon completion of the buyout process, we will deliver common industrial format files (e.g., .STL, .STEP) to assist you with subsequent industrial chain integration.
